Cosi pure utilissimo per la vita e lo studio delle lingue straniere. Pure molto utile e la geografia, alla quale purtroppo pochi fanno attenzione. Quanto alla storia studiala essendo divertente, ma mi raccomando di non crederci troppo essen--dovi entro molta roba non vera. Dedicati invece assa alla ginnastica e specialmente alla corsa ed a quegli esercizi in cui tutto il corpo e in movimento.

Although its interesting to study history, I recommend you don’t believe too much of what you read, because a lot of it isn’t true. Instead dedicate some attention to the gym, especially to exercises in which the whole body is in movement.
