Di’ a Sergio che chi troppo studiare matto diventa e che i 10 scuola sono una bella cosa, ma che non bisogno darci troppa importanza; ad Umberto puoi dire la seconda parte del proverbio che, visto che lo studio non gli piaci, deve studiare assai per potersene al piu presto.
You told me you have two hours to write your (letter?), that’s kind of a lot, but it seems that tonight I have the same letter-writing disposition, because I’m not going out. Tell Sergio that those who study too much go crazy, and that 10’s in school are a beautiful thing, but not to give them too much importance; tell Umberto the second part of the proverb that those who don’t enjoy their studies, need to study hard enough to liberate themselves as soon as possible.
