Ha sposato qualche anno fa una bella e ricca signorina del luogo ed ora padre felice di due bei maschetti e di una bellismima bimba. Per darti l’idea di quello che un professionista celebre puo guadagnare qui, diro che il dottor Devecchi per una certa categoria di operazioni quando si fa pagare (il che non sempre avviene), si fa pagare 600 dollari ognuna. Egli lavora moltissimo, ma conduce una vita sontuosa. Quattro anni fa venne a Torino con l’intenzione di stabilirvisi, ma poi no ci si potette piu adattare e se ne ritorno a San Francisco.
